In Shanghai, most toilet users do not flush the toilet paper (due consideration to chokage, I suppose) but dispose them in the bins which, as usual, are also often inadequate for high-human traffic vicinity.rodxrollhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02919404741890525501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3706338710842843554.post-49599975440198114262011-09-12T15:13:52.259+08:002011-09-12T15:13:52.259+08:00Thanks, Leone. Thanks, Leone.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3706338710842843554.post-42976561957271714452011-09-12T12:37:52.278+08:002011-09-12T12:37:52.278+08:00I truly do not know why the paper is not flushed i...I truly do not know why the paper is not flushed in the toilet ...... to me it is also very unhygenic to have it sitting there or even overflowing the bins.

I see it in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia too.

I think it should be up to the individual to dispose of their own paper/waste, be it IN the toilet or wrapped into a bag and disposed of elsewhere. It is totally unfair to expect the cleaners to come in and remove it.

But IF it is the cleaners responsibilty to remove the above, then it needs to be done more frequently for everyones health and well being. Regardless of where the toilets are located, Sentosa or the local Hawker market.

These are my personal opinions only!Leone Fabrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17184959562671042750noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3706338710842843554.post-76016513466744360972011-09-12T12:30:06.223+08:002011-09-12T12:30:06.223+08:00That's awful. :-(

Surely, it's more hygienic (and tidier!) to flush it than continue to place it in a overflowing bin.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3706338710842843554.post-24201880208544912712011-09-11T21:43:25.818+08:002011-09-11T21:43:25.818+08:00I felt the same way last time we were there... yuc...I felt the same way last time we were there... yuck.Camille, Blake, Pierce and baby Asherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10851136698491435294noreply@blogger.com
