at long last I have some time to upload a few images onto the blog ..... these were taken at Amsterdam Airport in the early hours of Saturday November 28. I was on a KLM flight from Singapore to Berlin and had a 3.5 hour layover at Amsterdam before proceeding onto Berlin.
The airport was well decorated for the Christmas Season......
this is passport control to enter the holding area's for boarding flights onto Berlin etc.... Staff here are efficient and constantly pushing people to "move along"....
am on the moving walkway on the way to gate C6 for my ongoing flight... John flew Singapore Air and went to Berlin via Frankfurt Airport.
I was warned that Amsterdam would be very wet and it was .... all baggage was covered and I felt sorry for the workers loading everything out in the cold and wet.... it was 5 degree's at the airport!
