Last Saturday I left the city of Berlin and went by train to Strausberg and from there on the tramrail to Lustgarten.
A great little side trip for anyone spending a few days in the city of Berlin!
The tram was very comfortable, with plenty of seating...... got as far as Lustgarten where I spent a couple of hours wandering around the old village.
Lustgarten is the terminating point of the tramrail as seen below.
on the way back to Strausberg though I caught the "Christmas Tram"!!
all up a great little excursion 'out of town' and a bit more 'off the beaten track'.
