superb...... what else can one say????the staff were very helpful and friendly and the variety of food each day was amazing.
As mentioned in my previous post, we stayed at le Mauricia Hotel Resort in Grand Baie for the 10 days we were in Mauritius ..... and if anyone is considering a holiday in the area, do check out HOTELS COMBINED for a variety of hotels and resorts and of course le Mauricia!
HOTELS COMBINED have many hotels for you to choose from at any budget level..... we were very happy with le Mauricia and took a standard room and the "half board' rate rather than full board.
But the food that was available all day long made us think that we should have considered the full board option.
The photos above give you some idea of the layout of the restaurant (there is another restaurant as well as room service) but this one above is the one we used for breakfast and dinner and is near the pool.
will post more photos later of the hotel at night ..... each night was a "theme night" and each was very different.
