During our time in Anchorage we did a day trip south to Whittier by the Alaska Railroad and then a 'cruise' on Prince William Sound. One day is not nearly enough...... I now wished I had spent more time in that area. It is just beautiful.

it was an awesome journey by train......... and we passed thru some spectacular scenery as seen here:
But Prince William Sound was just a magical fairyland...... cold, but so beautiful. Will post images from there tomorrow!!
